Canon Canada accepts American Express, MasterCard or Visa. You must use a Canadian credit card with Canadian billing and shipping addresses. Your card will not be charged until Your order ships. If Your card expires before the order is shipped, We will notify You, and ask You to enter the credit card number again with the new expiration date. When You place an order at the Canon Shop, Your credit card information is encrypted using a VeriSign Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate. Credit card information is not stored on the Canon Shop system; therefore it must be re-entered each time you place an order.
Once you upload your image, the App will assess and confirm whether the resolution of your image is sufficient for printing the size you have selected.
Should an order arrive damaged please contact us at canon.ca/help within 7 days of delivery with photos of the interior and exterior of the packing materials and your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Once an order has entered production (we have begun making your order), we are unable to cancel or change your order. This includes changes to the moulding, mat style, size, mounting method and image file. If the order has not yet entered production, we may be able to process a cancellation. Please contact us at canon.ca/help with your order number.
Since your framed print is made to order with your image file, all orders are final and an exchange or return is not possible.
Orders are placed into production within 24-48 hours and ship in 8-12 business days. Most orders are delivered 2-3 weeks after placing your order. Some rural locations may take a little longer.
